1. Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and Nuukore Ltd (“Nuukore”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking a Nuukóre class or using our services, you become a Nuukóre member and agree to these Terms.

2. Booking a Nuukore Class

Classes (including one-to-one sessions) can be booked via the Nuukóre App or in person at the Studio.
Cashless policy applies unless otherwise approved by the Nuukore Manager.
All classes must be paid in advance; they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Introductory offers or promotional codes are single use and expire 1 month from purchase.

Class bundle expiry periods:

Single drop in - £25 - 1 month expiry

Two intro session - £35 - 1 month expiry

Three sessions - £70 - 1 month expiry

Five sessions - £115 - Six week expiry

Ten sessions - £210 - Twelve week expiry

Nuukóre resident - £300 - Enjoy our Nuukóre residency with unlimited use on a monthly rolling membership (can be cancelled at anytime)

3. Nuukóre Prices

Class prices are displayed on the Nuukóre App and Website.
Prices may increase; we will provide notice where possible.

4. Cancelling a Class

12-hour cancellation policy applies.
Cancellations >12 hours before class: credits returned.
Cancellations <12 hours: credits are used and non-refundable.

5. Waitlist

If a class is full, you are added to a waitlist .
If a class opens due to a timely cancellation, you will be notified via the Nuukóre App.
Late cancellations (<12 hours) do not trigger automatic waitlist notification.

6. Teachers

Teacher substitutions may occur due to circumstances outside our control.
Notifications will be sent via the Nuukóre App where possible.

7. Dress Code

Grip socks required (available at the studio).
Wear comfortable activewear suitable for movement.

8. Equipment

Nuukóre provides all equipment, including: Reformer beds, boxes, hand weights, balls, and resistance bands.
Please treat all equipment carefully.

9. Arrival

Arrive 10 minutes before class.
Late arrivals may be denied participation for safety reasons.

10. Participation

Keep us updated on medical conditions or injuries.
Teachers may restrict or refuse participation if deemed unsafe.
Careless use of equipment may result in removal from class.

11. Personal Belongings

Studio provides storage, but Nuukóre is not liable for lost or misplaced items.

12. Hygiene

Equipment must be cleaned after use with provided products.
Studio maintains general cleanliness, but all members must cooperate in keeping the space hygienic.

13. Illness

If you contract an infectious disease, email hello@nuukore.com immediately.
You may need to provide a statement of fitness before resuming classes.

14. Pregnancy

Pregnant members may join classes with prior Pilates experience and medical clearance.
Inform your instructor at the start of class to adjust exercises.
No participation is allowed without prior practice and clearance.
